La Fondazione Domus per l’arte moderna e contemporanea propone le proprie opere di Giorgio Morandi inserite in un contesto ampliato che prefigura un possibile futuro assetto della collezione. Venti dipinti: le rarissime Bagnanti, cinque paesaggi, un autoritratto, tredici nature morte costruiscono un tessuto che riassume il percorso poetico del pittore dal 1915 al 1960.
La mostra, occasione rara per ammirare alcune opere di uno dei maggiori artisti del xx secolo, è promossa dalla Fondazione Domus in collaborazione con il MART, Museo d’Arte Moderna e Contemporanea di Trento e Rovereto.
The Domus Foundation for Modern and Contemporary Art present the works of Giorgio Morandi in an enlarged space which is being proposed as a new lay-out for the collection. There are twenty paintings, including the very rare Bagnanti, five landscapes, a self-portrait and thirteen still-lives which show the painter’s artistic development from 1915 to 1960.
The exhibition is a rare occasion to admire some of the works of one of last century’s best artists, and is promoted by the Domus Foundation, in collaboration with MART, the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Trento and Rovereto.
